Impacts of Ego-resiliency on Activities of Health Promotion and Frailty Tendency in Community-dwelling Elderly during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic

［目的］地域在住高齢者のego-resiliency（ER）と緊急事態宣言期間中の健康維持活動およびフレイル傾向との関連性を検討した．［対象と方法］A市在住の高齢者1200名を対象に質問紙調査を実施した．680件の回収のうち，477件を有効回答とし，高ER群と低ER群に割り付けた．検討因子は，基本的属性，The Tilburg Frailty Indicator（TFI），対人交流方法，健康維持活動の実施状況とした．［結果］高ER群は低ER群に比べ，Eメールの活用状況，趣味活動，運動／体操の取り組みの項目が有意に高かった．［結語］緊急事態宣言期間中というストレス状況下においても，ERが高いほど趣味や運動などの健康維持活動に積極的に取り組み，Eメールを用いて他者との交流を維持していることが示唆された．
